- 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:

- Assemble the Layers:
- Begin by spreading a thin layer of spaghetti sauce at the bottom of your crock pot.
- Break lasagna noodles to fit the crock pot and place a layer on top of the sauce.
- Add half of the cooked ground beef over the noodles.
- Spread half of the cottage cheese on top of the beef.
- Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat Layers:
- Top the cheese layer with more spaghetti sauce.
- Add another layer of noodles, followed by the remaining ground beef, cottage cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook:
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the noodles are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Tips:
- For added depth of flavor, consider mixing a splash of red wine into the ground beef.
- If your crock pot heats quickly, start checking the lasagna after 3 hours.
- Let the lasagna sit for a few minutes before serving to avoid burns.
