Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is browned and crumbled. Drain off any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened.
Heat the Cheese Sauce:
Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave until heated through.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat and spread a few tablespoons of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
Add a portion of the seasoned beef on top, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Serve:
If desired, add a dollop of sour cream on the side.
